I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for "out-of-network" services. Please call your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network benefits.

I have the authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT Number 18535), granted by the  PSYPACT Commission on 5/6/24, which allows me to legally practice  telepsychology and/or the temporary in-person, face-to-face psychology across state boundaries.  

No Surprises Act

January 1, 2022, the "No Surprises Act" was reinforced, requiring psychologists to give uninsured and self-pay patients a good faith estimate (GFE) of costs for their services. The GFE is a notification of expected charges for a scheduled visit. All patients will know my fee in advance.
